Python package ``npcompare``
=====================================

Nonparametric methods for density estimation and comparison (proposed by Marco Inacio. 2017. Comparing two populations using Bayesian Fourier series density estimation. University of São Paulo and UFSCar. Masters Thesis).

The package is still in beta version, it requires more testing, and also names and functions are not stable yet.

Installation Instructions
----------------------------------
Just run:

::

   pip3 install npcompare

Or download the tar file in https://pypi.python.org/pypi/npcompare, untar and run:
::

   python3 setup.py install
